LEGAL AGE PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
The legal minimum age to purchase alcohol in Belgium has been set at 18 years.
In accordance with article 6, paragraph 6 of the law of 24 January 1977, you can at any time be asked to demonstrate that you, as a customer, are over 18 years of age by requesting your identity card or checking the national register.
