Besides yuzu and kabosu, this brewery understands perfectly how to deal with soft fruits. Lychee was one of their try-outs and thus recently launched on the market. Like yuzushu, this lychee'shu has an incredible level of purity.Everything is done to bring the lychee forward without it becoming licorous or sugary, this ensures an unseen naturalness with only 7% alcohol.
